ON THE FORMATION OF THE FUND OF EVALUATION FACILITIES

1. General provisions

1.1. Regulations on the formation of the fund evaluation tools sets the order:

To conduct current, thematic and final monitoring of progress, intermediate and final certification of students, incl. trial exams in the form of the Unified State Examination, OGE, GVE, administrative control works, All-Russian verification work, monitoring;

For the development of a fund of evaluation funds (hereinafter referred to as FOS), requirements for the structure, content and design, as well as the procedure for coordination, approval and storage.

1.2. The regulation was developed on the basis of:

federal law dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On education in Russian Federation».

1.3. Evaluation fund (hereinafter FOS)- set of kits teaching materials, which normalize the procedures for evaluating learning outcomes, i.e. establishing the compliance of educational achievements with the planned learning outcomes and the requirements of educational programs, work programs, modules.

1.4. FOS is an integral part of the main general education program and work program on subject, elective course etc. teachers.

1.5. The FOS should be formed on the basis of the key principles of evaluation:

validity: objects of assessment should correspond to the set learning objectives;

reliability: the use of uniform indicators and criteria for evaluating achievements;

objectivity: obtaining objective and reliable results when conducting control for various purposes.

1.6. The main requirements for the FOS are: integrativity, problematic and activity-based nature, the relationship of criteria with the planned results, expertise.

2. Development of a fund of evaluation funds

2.1. FOS are developed for each educational area implemented in the municipal educational institution of the village of Novaya Kuka, as well as depending on the means of control or verification;

2.2. FOS for a separate area consists of sets of control and evaluation tools (COS) for each academic discipline, as well as depending on the means of control or verification;

2.3. The general management of the development of the FOS is carried out by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

2.4. Responsibility for the development of CBS sets for academic subjects lies with the head of the MO and the subject teacher.

2.5. The direct executor of the development of a set of CBS for academic subjects is a teacher.

2.6. A set of CBS can be developed by a team of teachers on behalf of the head of the MO.

2.7. When drawing up, agreeing and approving a set of CBS, its compliance with:

Federal State educational standard(hereinafter - GEF);

Main general educational program(PLO) and the curriculum of the corresponding educational parallel;

The work program of the academic discipline in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.

2.8. KOS kit for current, thematic and final controlare included in the structure of the work program of the teacher in the subject.

2.9. KOS kitsfor administrative control work, certification, all-Russian verification work (hereinafter referred to as VPR), monitoring are included in the structureOOP.

3. Planning of control measures

3.1. Controls

3.1.1. Control - this is the identification, measurement (verification) and evaluation of the planned results of trainees:

- current control carried out when studying new material during the lesson (cognitive tasks, exercises, independent work, etc. in the lesson); provides the ability to diagnose the assimilation by trainees of only individual elements curriculum;

- thematic control is carried out to take into account the results on the topic covered, or a significant topic of the course (usually from 5 to 15 minutes per lesson) and the section as a whole (30-35 minutes); provides systematization and generalization of the studied material.

- final control allows you to determine the achievement of the planned results of students, carried out on the basis of the course as a whole; as a rule, the whole lesson reveals actual learning.

3.1.2 Certification - it

- intermediate certification establishes the level of achievement of the planned results of mastering the subjects, courses, disciplines provided for by the educational program (the regulation is enshrined in the regulation "On the conduct of intermediate certification");

- final examination for students with mental retardation, according to the FKOS, it is carried out in the subject "Technology" in the form of a project defense; according to the Federal State Educational Standard, it involves passing exams in the Russian language, mathematics and technology;

- state final certification ; for the purpose of preparation and control, trial exams are held in the final grades: in the 9th grade in the form of the OGE or GVE, in the 11th grade in the form of the USE or GVE. KIM trial exams are part of the FOS.

3.1.3. Administrative control works(including self-developed diagnostics, KO materials, StatGrad diagnostics, and others) for students is carried out by the school administration within the framework of intraschool control for the purpose of pedagogical analysis of the results of teachers' work and the state of the educational process.

- final carried out at the end of the academic year;

- periodical, carried out at the end of a quarter (semester) or at the end of the year;

- planned, are carried out in order to determine the level of assimilation of knowledge, skills and methods of activity by students of this class. Planned administrative work is carried out 3 times a year in one class in the following subjects: Russian language, mathematics, English language, history, physics, geography, chemistry, biology, history, in social science tests are held twice a year (January, May).

3.1.4. All-Russian verification work (hereinafter - VPR) - is a comprehensive project in the field of assessing the quality of education, aimed at developing a unified educational space in the Russian Federation, monitoring the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), the formation of common guidelines in the assessment of learning outcomes, uniform standardized approaches to assessing the educational achievements of students. These goals are achieved through the implementation of the VPR at the same time on the same sets of tasks, as well as through the use of the same assessment criteria for the whole country. VPR samples are part of the FOS.

3.1.5. Monitoring planned results according to GEF- a set of pedagogical observations (table), in order to identify the level of development of personal and metasubject results(the tools and monitoring are regulated in the program "Program for monitoring the level of formation of universal educational activities").

3.2. Control methods

3.2.1. Control methods - these are the ways by which the effectiveness of the educational and cognitive activity of students and the pedagogical work of the teacher is determined.

3.2.2. The main control methods are as follows:

1. Everyday observation helps the teacher to make a correct judgment about the student's attitude to classes, accessibility and feasibility for him educational material and on this basis plan a special test of his knowledge.

2. Oral survey. Three types of survey are supposed: 1) individual survey - calling the student to the board for a detailed answer to the assessment; 2) frontal survey - calling many students to answer questions that require a small response: 3) compacted (combined) survey - several students are called for verification at the same time, of which one answers orally, and the rest, as directed by the teacher, perform written or practical tasks by cards, by teaching aids.

3. Examination written works . This includes checking notebooks, conducting tests, checking homework, working with notebooks on a printed basis.

4. Tests. This is a special form of final accounting used in high school. The credit system allows you to keep a thematic record of knowledge.

5. Exams. This is a special method of final verification, which at the same time serves as a means of state control behind the work of each teacher and the entire school as a whole.

3.3. Forms of control

3.3.1. Forms of control depend on the specifics of the organizational form of work.

3.3.2. There are five main forms of control:

1. Frontal form. To questions compiled by the teacher on a relatively small amount of material, the students give short answers, usually from the spot.

2. Group form. Control is exercised only for part of the class. The question is posed to a certain group of students, but other students can also take part in its resolution.

3. Individual control. It is used for a thorough acquaintance of the teacher with the knowledge, skills and abilities of individual students, who are usually called to the board for an answer.

4. Combined form. This is a combination of individual control with frontal and group control.

5. Self control. It ensures the functioning of the internal feedback in the process of studying.

3.4. Criteria for evaluating planned results

3.4.1. The system for evaluating the achievement of planned results was developed on the basis of "Technologies for assessing educational achievements (educational success)".

3.4.2. Evaluation technology is the technology of action in evaluation situations. Therefore, it is described in the form of action rules for each type of case: “what to evaluate”, “who evaluates”, “when to evaluate”, “where to record the results”, “by what criteria to evaluate” (the appendix indicates the “Algorithm of actions” or “Order introduction of rules). Uniform criteria for deriving a mark have been developed.

3.4.3. The teacher's activity in assessing the achievement of the planned results of the development of the BEP is regulated in the "Regulations on the system for assessing the achievement of the planned results of the development of the educational program."

4. Structure and content of the fund of evaluation funds

4.1. Evaluation tools accompanying the implementation of each BEP should be developed to check the quality of the formation of competencies and be an effective tool not only for assessment, but also for training.

4.2. structural elements FOS are sets of CBS developed for each academic discipline included in academic plan in accordance with the FGOS.

4.3. If the same discipline with the same requirements for its content is taught by different teachers, then a single set of CBS is created for it.

4.4. The structural elements of the CBS set for academic subjects are:

Schedule of control or verification work (other types of control),

Evaluation criteria (universal table and other criteria),

Reference materials or source name methodological development,

Matrix (included at the discretion of the teacher) 1 .

4.5. CBS sets for each academic subject include control and measuring materials (hereinafter referred to as CMM), which allow assessing knowledge, skills and the level of acquired competencies.

Each assessment material (tasks) should provide verification of the development of specific competencies and (or) their elements: knowledge, skills.

4.6. Standardized tasks of the test form are designed taking into account following requirements:

Text editor MS Word, file format - doc; Times New Roman font; size 12, margins 1.5 cm top, bottom, right and 3 cm left.

The text of the file with a set of tasks on the topic must have a special markup, which distinguishes: the text of the task, the choice of answer options;

Included test items it is desirable to use all forms of test tasks, namely: the choice of one answer from the proposed set, the choice of several correct answers from the proposed set, tasks for establishing correspondence, the task for establishing correct sequence, a task to fill in a missing keyword (open task form), a graphical form of a test task;

There must be at least one test task for each tested educational element on the topic.

4.7. A set of other assessment materials ( typical tasks, non-standard tasks, practical tasks, etc.) should be structured in accordance with the content of the work program of the discipline.

5. The procedure for the examination and approval of the fund of appraisal funds

5.1. The created sets of CRPs must be coordinated at the meetings of the MC. The results of the coordination are formalized by the decision of the pedagogical council of the school.

5.2. The set of KOS is approved by the director of the municipal educational institution of the village of Novaya Kuka.

5.3. A set of CBS for academic subjects are considered at meetings of the MO. The decision to include a set of CBS for a subject in the FOS is made at a meeting of the methodological council of the school after consideration by the pedagogical council.

5.4. The decision to change, include new evaluation tools in the WCF is taken at a meeting of the MO, reflected in the registration sheet for changes in the set of CBS and drawn up in the minutes of the meeting of the MS.

6. Responsibility for the development and storage of the fund of evaluation funds

6.1. A printed copy of the set of CBS for academic subjects is included in the set of documents of the EP. It is also stored as part of educational and methodological complexes.

6.2. A printed copy of the CBS set for the subject is stored as part of the educational and methodological complex for the academic discipline in the teacher's office.

6.3. A printed copy of the CBS set for administrative control work, attestation, VPR, monitoring is kept by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

6.4. The FOS implemented at the school is the property of the Municipal Educational Institution of the village of Novaya Kuka.

6.6. The electronic version of the FOS is provided by the teacher to the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

6.7. The electronic version (analogue) of the assessment tools is stored in an electronic database on the server of the municipal educational institution of the village of Novaya Kuka.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The regulation on the formation of a fund of assessment funds for the ongoing monitoring of academic performance and intermediate certification of students in the MBOU Gorky secondary school is drawn up in accordance with the following regulatory documents:

  • Law of the Russian Federation "On Education in the Russian Federation" of December 29, 2012. No. 273

  • Federal State Educational Standards for Primary, Basic and Secondary General Education.

1.2. This Regulation establishes the procedure for the development and requirements for the structure, content and design, as well as the procedure for agreeing, approving and storing the fund of assessment tools (hereinafter referred to as FOS) to control the formation of knowledge, skills, general competencies of students in academic disciplines, modules.

1.3. The Fund of Evaluation Funds is an integral part of the main educational program.

2. Tasks of the appraisal fund

2.1. In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, the fund of evaluation funds is an integral part of the regulatory and methodological support of the system for assessing the quality of mastering educational programs by students. Assessment of the quality of mastering by students of the main educational programs includes current, milestone control of progress, intermediate and state (final) certification of students.

2.2. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, for the certification of students for the compliance of their personal achievements with the step-by-step requirements of the corresponding educational program, it creates real funds of assessment tools for monitoring progress and intermediate certification of students.

2.2.1. Current monitoring of progress is carried out in the course of daily academic work on the course of the discipline on the individual initiative of the teacher. This type of control stimulates the students' desire for a systematic independent work for the study of the academic discipline, the mastery of general competencies.

2.2.2. Intermediate certification of students in the academic discipline is carried out as part of the completion of the study of this discipline and allows you to determine the quality and level of its (its) development. The subject of assessing the development of the subject are skills and knowledge.

2.3. With the help of the fund of assessment tools, the process of acquiring by students the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies, determined by the Federal State Educational Standards in the corresponding area of ​​training as the results of mastering individual academic disciplines, is carried out.

2.4. The fund of evaluation funds should be formed on the basis of the key principles of evaluation:

  • validity: objects of assessment should correspond to the set learning objectives;
  • reliability: the use of uniform indicators and criteria for evaluating achievements;
  • objectivity: obtaining objective and reliable results when conducting control for various purposes.

2.5. The main requirements for FOS are:

  • integrativity;
  • problem-activity character;
  • updating the content of professional activity in assignments;
  • connection of criteria with planned results;
  • expertise in the professional community.

3. Development of a fund of evaluation funds

3.1. Funds of evaluation tools are developed for each subject, which provides for the conduct of control and verification work.

3.2. Evaluation Fund for a separate subject consists of sets of control and evaluation tools (COS) for each academic discipline, module.

3.3. The general management of the development of funds for evaluation funds is carried out by the Deputy Director for Educational Work.

3.4. Responsibility for the development of CBS sets for a subject, module lies with the chairman of the school methodological association.

3.5. The direct executor of the development of a set of control and evaluation tools for the academic discipline of the module is the teacher in the relevant subject. A set of control and evaluation tools can be developed by a team of authors on behalf of the chairman of the MC.

3.6. When drawing up, agreeing and approving a set of CBS, its compliance with:

4 . Structure and content of the appraisal fund

4.1. Evaluation tools should be developed to check the quality of competence formation and be an effective tool not only for assessment, but also for training.

4.2. The structural elements of the fund of assessment tools are sets of control and assessment tools developed for each academic discipline, module included in the curriculum in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.

4.3. Sets of control and evaluation tools for each academic discipline, module include control and evaluation materials (CEM) that allow you to assess knowledge, skills and the level of acquired competencies. These materials are issued in the form of applications with tasks for assessing the development of the course. Each assessment material (tasks) should provide verification of the development of specific competencies and (or) their elements: knowledge, skills.

4.4. Standardized tasks of the test form for interim certification are drawn up taking into account the following requirements

  • text editor MS Word, file format - doc;
  • the text of the file with a set of tasks on the topic must have a special markup, which distinguishes: the text of the task, the correct answer;
  • in the set of test items, it is desirable to use all forms of test items, namely: the choice of one answer option from the proposed set, the choice of several correct answer options from the proposed set, tasks to establish correspondence, the task to establish the correct sequence, the task to fill in the missing keyword (open task form), graphic form of the test task;
  • for each checked educational element on the topic there must be at least one test task.

4.5. A set of other assessment materials (standard assignments, non-standard assignments) must be structured in accordance with the content of the work program of the discipline.

5. The procedure for the examination and approval of the fund of appraisal funds

5.1.. A set of control and evaluation tools (COS) for the academic discipline is approved by the Deputy Director for educational work.

5.2. A set of control and evaluation tools (COS) for the academic discipline is considered at a meeting of the MS. The decision to conduct an appropriate examination is documented in the minutes of the IC meeting.

5.3. The decision to change, cancel, include new assessment tools in the FOS is made by the teacher independently.

6. Responsibility for the development and storage of the fund of evaluation funds

6.1. A printed copy of the set of control and evaluation tools for the academic discipline is stored as part of the work programs of teachers.

6.2. The electronic version of the fund of evaluation tools is provided by the developer to the methodological service.

6.3. An electronic version (analogue) of evaluation tools is stored in an electronic database.
