Persons with secondary vocational and higher education enter DGUNKh for the 1st year without the Unified State Exam based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the university independently. Then they are transferred to the 2nd year for accelerated learning according to an individual curriculum (depending on the period of study and the profile of the received specialty).

Applicants have the right to submit information about their individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account during admission. Points for individual achievements are awarded to the applicant who has submitted documents confirming the receipt of the results of individual achievements, and are included in the amount of competitive points.

For the final essay in the final class (according to the points set in DGUNKh), no more than 10 points are awarded.
