Moscow state institute tourism industry named after Yu.A. Senkevich together with the Institute of Quality higher education NUST MISIS (IKVO) and the Coordinating Council of UMO and NMS high school invites representatives of your university to take part in the advanced training program « Research, mobility and institutional transparency as the main components of the international partnership of a modern university » .

Target of the proposed advanced training is to assist the leaders and teachers of universities to ensure a quality organization research work and academic mobility at the university as part of the development of international partnerships between Russian universities.

Offered next form organization and conduct of advanced training - advanced training at MGIIT named after Yu.A. Senkevich with a partial separation from work with participation in a 2-day international seminar. Classes are held with lectures, consultations, practical exercises, round tables with the exchange of experience, independent work students on the implementation of individual tasks, preparation and defense of the attestation work.

This form of advanced training involves the issuance of state certificates under a 72-hour program.

The international seminar "R&D, mobility and institutional transparency as key areas of the Bologna process" will be held from 29 to 30 November 2012 at the Moscow State Institute of Tourism Industry named after Yu.A. Senkevich.

The target audience- vice-rectors for UMO, vice-rectors for scientific work, vice-rectors for academic work, vice-rectors for international projects and international relations.

Seminar Participating Countries: Russia, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Finland.

Seminar Objectives:

1) discussion of the problems of academic mobility and options for their solution for Russian universities in modern conditions;

2) discussion of the problems of institutional transparency and options for their solution;

3) exchange of best practices (“best practices”);

4) establishing business contacts and signing agreements of intent and/or cooperation agreements;

5) development of joint projects and applications to international funds.

The project of MGIIT named after Yu.A. Senkevich "Exchange of international projects" within the Internet project "Expert center of international partnership".

Advanced training is carried out by Bologna experts, leading teachers of the ECHE, leaders foreign universities, representatives of the Coordinating Council of basic universities of UMO and regional universities, Rosobrnadzor and the Ministry of Education and Science.

November 30 - International Projects Exchange Day, as well as negotiations with representatives of universities in Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Finland, discussion of mutual interests and signing agreements of intent and cooperation agreements.

Proceedings of the International Seminar « R&D, mobility and institutional transparency as key areas of the Bologna Process» November 29-30, 2012 will be published at MGIIT named after Yu.A. Senkevich.

All participants of the International Seminar will receive an extensive Handout on CD within the declared subject of advanced training.

1. The Coordinating Council of Educational and Methodological Associations (UMO) and Scientific and Methodological Councils (NMS) (hereinafter referred to as the Coordinating Council) is a body of the Ministry of General and vocational education of the Russian Federation, which coordinates the activities of state-public associations in the system of higher professional education.

2. The composition of the Coordinating Council includes:

deputy chairmen of UMO councils;

chairmen of the coordinating and scientific and methodological councils of the Ministry of Education of Russia;

representatives of regional educational and methodological centers;

representatives of the Russian Ministry of Education;

representatives of research organizations of the education system.

3. The main tasks of the activities of the Coordinating Council are:

ensuring the consistency of the strategy and methods of work of state-public associations in the field of higher professional education;

ensuring the interaction of educational and methodological associations, regional educational and methodological centers, coordinating and scientific and methodological councils of the Ministry of Education of Russia in the development of materials and documents on the problems of higher professional education;

development, on behalf of the Ministry of Education of Russia, of unified approaches to the preparation of educational and methodological documentation;

study and dissemination of the experience of UMOs, regional educational and methodological centers, coordinating and scientific and methodological councils of the Ministry of Education of Russia in various areas of their activities;

organization of events for the purpose of a broad discussion by the university community of scientific and methodological problems of the functioning and development of higher education.

4. The Coordinating Council carries out its activities in accordance with these Regulations, legislative acts of the Russian Federation and normative documents executive authorities in the field of education.

5. Under the Coordinating Council, to solve the tasks assigned to it, temporary working groups or commissions can be created from among the specialists of various universities, enterprises and organizations.

6. The supreme body of the Coordinating Council is the plenum, at which all members of the Council enjoy equal rights. During breaks between plenums, the work of the Coordinating Council is directed by the presidium.

The composition of the presidium and its chairman are appointed by the Ministry of General and Vocational Education of the Russian Federation on the recommendation of the Coordinating Council for a period of 3 years. The chairman of the presidium is the chairman of the Coordinating Council.

The Chairman of the Presidium and his deputies direct and organize the work of the Coordinating Council and its Presidium, represent the Coordinating Council in the management bodies of higher professional education, communicate with other state, state-public and public organizations in the field of education, attract members of the Coordinating Council and representatives of universities to work in working groups.

7. The rules of procedure for the work of the Coordinating Council and its presidium are approved at the plenary session.

8. Higher educational institution, whose representative is the Chairman of the Presidium of the Coordinating Council, a fund of funds received in the prescribed manner from state-public associations in the system of higher professional education is created.

The use of funds is carried out according to the estimate approved by the rector on the proposal of the Presidium of the Coordinating Council.

9. The Coordinating Council annually reports on its work to the Ministry of Education of Russia.
