3.8. Organizes independent activities of students, pupils, including research, includes studying proccess problem-based learning, connects learning with practice, discusses current events of our time with students and pupils.

3.9. Provides and analyzes the achievements of students, pupils.

3.10. Evaluates the effectiveness of training, taking into account the mastery of skills, the development of experience in creative activity, cognitive interest, using Computer techologies, incl. text editors and spreadsheets in their activities.

3.11. Provides special support to gifted and talented students, pupils, as well as students, pupils with developmental disabilities.

3.12. Organizes the participation of students, pupils in public events.

3.13. Participates in the work of pedagogical, methodological councils, associations, other forms of methodological work, in the work of holding parent meetings, health-improving, educational and other events provided for by the educational program, in organizing and conducting methodological and advisory assistance parents or persons replacing them, as well as teaching staff within their competence.

3.14. Ensures the protection of life and health of students, pupils during the educational process.

3.15. Complies with the rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection, as well as sanitary and hygienic requirements.

3.16. Passes a medical examination during non-working hours in accordance with the schedule.

4. Rights

4.1. The teacher of additional education has the rights provided for by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation", the Charter, the Collective Agreement, the internal labor regulations and other local acts of the MBDOU d / s No. 26.

4.2. The teacher of additional education, within the limits of his competence, has the right to:

Participate in creative teams

Establish business contacts with third parties within its competence;

Make suggestions to improve the educational process;

Make proposals in the development of the educational program and the annual plan of the organization;

Freely choose and use teaching and upbringing methods, teaching aids and materials in accordance with the general educational program approved by the organization;

Present your work experience at pedagogical councils, methodological associations, parent-teacher meetings, final reporting events and in specialized printed publications;

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the head of the preschool organization relating to his activities;

Require the administration of the organization to create the conditions necessary for the performance of professional duties;

Participate in the work of self-government bodies.

4.3. Improve your qualifications (at least 1 time in 3 years).

5. Responsibility

5.1. The teacher of additional education is personally responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this job description - to the extent determined by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation;

For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation;

For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. In case of violation of the Charter of the organization, the terms of the Collective Agreement, the internal labor regulations, this job description, the orders of the head educator, the teacher is subject to disciplinary sanctions in accordance with Article 192 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

5.3. For the use of educational methods related to physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of the pupil, the teacher may be dismissed under Art. 336, paragraph 2 Labor Code RF.
