And we are all the more happy that among the heroes of the Paralympic athletes there are also wonderful athletes of our region ...

For example, singing lessons help to remove muscle tension and develop a full breath. Dancing contributes to the development of coordination of movements and orientation in space. The artistic word enriches the often meager speech intonations and vocabulary.

In addition, any creative activity helps develop the right self-esteem, enrich the emotional sphere, teach you to control your behavior, speech, facial expressions, gestures.

The history of the socio-cultural rehabilitation of the blind in our region has been going on for more than a dozen years. It all started in 1919, when in our city...

Today, VOS finds support for many visually impaired people who need creative self-realization. WOC members take part in regional and All-Russian events and achieve good results.
