In 1922, at the Yaroslavl Automobile Plant, a factory apprenticeship school (FZU) was opened, later Professional Lyceum No. 2.

In 1929, in order to train specialists for the country's industry, the Yaroslavl Automotive and Mechanical Engineering College was opened, later the Yaroslavl Automotive College.

By the Decree of the Government of the Yaroslavl Region dated May 20, 2013, these two educational institutions were merged and renamed the Yaroslavl Automotive College.

Today the college is a multidisciplinary educational institution, training is conducted in 7 specialties and 4 professions.

The college has a library and a reading room, training and production workshops, an information center, a gym, a dining room.

The college has a modern educational and laboratory base. Practice in specialties and professions is carried out in training and production workshops, enterprises and firms of the city. In all specialties, graduates receive 1 working profession: turner, miller, electrician, digital information processing master, etc.

Students accept Active participation in Olympiads in specialties and disciplines held in the Yaroslavl region and All-Russian Olympiads and are the winners and prize-winners of many of them.

Admission conditions

Admission to the college of persons for training in educational programs carried out at the request of persons with basic general and secondary general education, unless otherwise stated federal law dated December 29, 2012 “273-FZ “On education in Russian Federation"(hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law):

     having basic general education;

     having secondary general education;

     having secondary vocational education in training programs

    skilled workers and employees.

    Admission to study in educational programs at the expense of the budget of the Yaroslavl region is publicly available. The target figures for the admission of citizens for training at the expense of the budget of the Yaroslavl region (hereinafter - budget places) are determined in accordance with the tasks established annually by the order of the Department of Education of the Yaroslavl Region.

    ORGANIZATION OF ADMISSION TO COLLEGE

    6. The organization of admission to study in educational programs is carried out by the selection committee of the college (hereinafter referred to as the selection committee).

    Chairman admission committee is the director of the college.
    7. Composition, powers and procedure for the selection committee

    regulated by the regulation on it, approved by the director of the college.
    8. The work of the selection committee and office work, as well as the personal reception of applicants and their parents (legal representatives) is organized by the responsible

    secretary of the admissions committee, who is appointed by the director of the college.
    9. Upon admission to the college, observance of the rights of citizens in the field of education established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, publicity and

    openness of the work of the selection committee.
    10. In order to confirm the authenticity of the documents submitted

    applicants, the selection committee has the right to apply to the relevant state (municipal) bodies and organizations.

    III. ORGANIZATION OF INFORMING APPLICANTS

    11. The college announces admission to study in educational programs only with a license to implement educational activities these educational programs.

    12. The college is obliged to acquaint the applicant with the Charter of the college, a license to carry out educational activities, a certificate of state accreditation, with educational programs and other documents regulating the organization and implementation of educational activities, the rights and obligations of students.

    13. In order to inform about admission to study, the college posts information on the official website of the college on the Internet information and telecommunication network (hereinafter referred to as the official website), and also provides free access to the college building to the information posted on the information stand (scoreboard) of the reception commission and (or) in the electronic information system (hereinafter together - the information stand).

    14. The admission committee on the official website of the college and at the information stand before the start of acceptance of documents places the following information:

    14.1. No later than March 1:
     rules for admission to the college;
     conditions for admission to study under contracts for the provision of paid

    educational services;
     a list of specialties (professions) for which the college announces admission to

    in accordance with the license to carry out educational activities (with the allocation of forms of education (full-time, part-time, part-time);

     requirements for the level of education that is necessary for admission (basic general or secondary general education);

     information on the possibility of accepting applications and necessary documents provided for by these Rules in electronic digital form;

     information on the need (lack of need) for applicants to undergo a mandatory preliminary medical examination (examination); if it is necessary to undergo the specified examination - indicating the list of specialist doctors, the list of laboratory and functional studies, the list of general and additional medical contraindications.

    14.2. No later than June 1:
     the total number of admission places for each specialty (professions), including


     the number of places financed from the budget of the Yaroslavl region, including

    number of different forms of education;
     the number of places in each specialty (profession) under contracts for

    provision of paid educational services, including various forms of education;

     information about the availability of the hostel;

     sample contract for those entering the field under contracts with payment of tuition fees;

    15. During the period of acceptance of documents, the college admissions committee daily posts on the official website and information stand of the selection committee information on the number of applications submitted for each specialty (profession) with the allocation of forms of education (full-time, part-time (evening), part-time).

    The College Admissions Committee provides the functioning of special telephone lines and a section on the official website of the college for responding to requests related to the admission of citizens to the college.

    IV. ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS FROM APPLICANTS

    16. Admission to college for educational programs is carried out for the first year at the personal request of citizens.

    17. Acceptance of documents for face-to-face The course starts on June 08, 2016. Acceptance of documents for correspondence form The course starts on May 10, 2016.

    Applications are accepted:

     if there are vacant places in the college, the acceptance of documents is extended up to 25

    November 2016.
    18. When applying (in Russian) for admission to a college, an applicant

    submits the following documents:
    18.1. Citizens of the Russian Federation:

     original or photocopy of documents proving his identity, citizenship;

     original or photocopy of the document on education and (or) document on education and qualification;

     4 photographs sized 3×4.

    18.2. Foreign citizens, stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad:

     a copy of the identity document of the applicant, or an identity document foreign citizen in the Russian Federation, in

    in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation”;

     the original document (documents) of a foreign state on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications (hereinafter referred to as a document of a foreign state on education), if the education certified by the specified document is recognized in the Russian Federation at the level of the corresponding education in accordance with Article 107 of the Federal Law (in the case established by the Federal Law, also a certificate of recognition foreign education)

     duly certified translation into Russian of a document of a foreign state on education and its appendix (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document was issued);

     copies of documents or other evidence confirming that a compatriot living abroad belongs to the groups provided for by Article 17 of the Federal Law of May 24, 1999 No. 99-FZ “On the state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad;

    - 4 photos.

     surname, name and patronymic (the last one - if available) of the applicant, indicated in the translations of the submitted documents, must correspond to the surname, first name and patronymic (the last one - if available) indicated in the identity document of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation.

    19. The following mandatory information is indicated in the application for applicants:

     surname, name and patronymic (the latter - if any);

    - date of birth;

     details of the document proving his identity, when and by whom it was issued;

     information about the previous level of education and a document on education and (or) qualification confirming it;

     specialty(s)/profession(s) for which he plans to enter college, indicating the conditions of study and the form of education (within the admission targets, places under contracts with payment of tuition fees);

    21. Applicants have the right to send an application for admission, as well as Required documents through public postal operators (hereinafter - by mail), as well as in electronic form in accordance with the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature", Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No 149- Federal Law "On information, information technology and on Information Protection”, Federal Law of July 7, 2003 No. 126-FZ “On Communications”. When sending documents by mail, the applicant shall attach to the application for admission photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, a document on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications, as well as other documents provided for by these Rules.

    22. It is not allowed to collect fees from applicants when submitting documents specified in paragraph 19 of these Rules.

    23. A personal file is created for each applicant, in which all submitted documents are stored.

    24. Upon personal submission of documents, an applicant is issued a receipt confirming the acceptance of documents.

    25. Upon written application, applicants have the right to take away the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications and other documents submitted by the applicant. Documents must be returned by the college within the next business day after the application is submitted.

    In the event that an applicant submits an application that does not contain all the information provided for in this paragraph and (or) information that does not correspond to reality, the college returns the documents to the applicant.

    20.
