Marshak. “Luggage”, “The Tale of the Stupid Mouse”, “Ball”, “Children in a Cage” .... And you guys, can you continue the list of works by S.Ya.Marshak? (children's answers)
S.Ya. Marshak was a faithful comrade and good friend of children all his life. He made friends with them from an early age with poetry, with ringing rhymes, showed them the wonderful power mother tongue taught to rejoice in the beauty of the poetic word.
Can you guys tell me something about this person?
S.Ya.Marshak was born on November 3 (October 22), 1887 in Voronezh, in the family of a master chemist. The poet's family was large and friendly.
All my childhood gave me
How rich is this light:
Sweet mother's caress

And father's advice ....
The poet's father was very fond of books, knew several foreign languages. Mom took care of her six children.
Early childhood and first school years the future writer lived in the county town of Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh province. Since the book was a favorite friend in the Marshakov family, he early became interested in poetry. He began to compose poetry from the age of 4, and by the age of 11 he had already written several longest poems and translated Horace's ode. With great gratitude, Marshak recalled his gymnasium teacher V.I. Teplykh, who taught the poet to love classic literature and encouraged his first poetic experiences. In 1902 One of the first poetic notebooks of Marshak fell into the hands of the famous Russian art historian and critic V.V. Stasov, who accepted Active participation in the fate of the young man. Thanks to the efforts of Stasov, Marshak was transferred to one of the best gymnasiums in the capital. Having moved to St. Petersburg, Samuil Yakovlevich began to visit houses where such famous people what kind. Repin, M. Gorky, F.I. Chaliapin, A.K. Glazunov and others.
In 1904 S.Ya. Marshak's poems are published for the first time in the magazine. Acquaintance with M. Gorky also played a big role in the fate of the writer.
We, the youth of a remote town,
For a long time they read Gorky avidly,
Searched in every published magazine,
And we were intoxicated by every line.
Children's poems, fairy tale plays and performances for the Krasnodar theater, created by the author himself, Marshak began to write in the early 20s, becoming a children's writer. Dramatic plays - fairy tales "12 months", "Cat's house", "Smart things" are especially popular. S.Ya.Marshak died on July 4, 1964. in Moscow, having lived a long life, working until the end of his days. One of his last poems was:
The world will disappear at that very hour,
When I disappear
How he died for your eyes,
Departed friends.
There will be no sun and moon,
All flowers fade.
There won't even be silence
It won't even be dark...
No, the world will exist
And even if I'm not in it,
But I managed to embrace the whole world,
All millions of years.
I thought, I felt, I lived
And all that I could, comprehended,
And in this right he deserved
For your immortal moment.

( The song "On the distant Amazon" is performed. Poems by Rudyard Kipling translated

S. Ya. Marshak)

Lyrics:

I have never been to the distant Amazon.
Foreign ships never go there.
Only "Don" and "Magdalene" are fast ships,

Chorus:
From Liverpool harbour, always on Thursdays
Vessels set sail for distant shores.
They sail to Brazil, Brazil, Brazil,
And I want to go to Brazil - distant shores!
Only "Don" and "Magdalene",
Only "Don" and "Magdalene",
Only "Don" and "Magdalene" go by sea there.

Never will you find in our northern forests
Long-tailed jaguars, armored turtles.

Chorus.

But in sunny Brazil, my Brazil
Such an abundance of unseen animals.
Will I see Brazil, Brazil, Brazil
Will I see Brazil before my old age?
Chorus.

He walks with me around the world
From winter to spring and summer
He is nearby for a reason… Who?
My teacher, Marshak.

He greets the day with verses,
Shakes his gray head
If something goes wrong...
Strict,
Coastal Marshak.

Isn't he a freak? Not at all!
Dreaming here only
And - takes off ... just like that!
Who?!
My teacher, Marshak!

Nurzhamal

Samuil Yakovlevich Marshak was born on November 3, 1887 in the city of Voronezh. The family was large, lived poorly, but very friendly.

slide 3

The poet's father, a talented self-taught inventor, worked as a foreman at various factories, so the family often moved from place to place.

Mother - Evgenia Borisovna was a housewife. He began to study at school in the city of Ostrogozhsk, and when he was 13 years old, his family moved to St. Petersburg, and he began to attend classes at the gymnasium.

slide 4

Zhulduz

As a child, little Marshak read a lot. This is how he tells about himself: “I fell in love with poetry very early. The first children's book that fell into my hands was Styopka-tattered. I loved the bold and playful lines. When in the first grade of the gymnasium we were given a poem by Tyutchev, I was captivated by the poems, and I began to pay attention to the author's signature under the poems. But the strongest impression, one that remained for the rest of my life, was made on me by Pushkin's fairy tales.

When did he start writing poetry? What do you guys think?

slide 5

Nurzhamal

He began writing poetry before he could write. He was then only four years old. At the age of five, he read his poems at a children's matinee, and from the age of twelve he wrote entire poems. And at the age of twenty, his first poems were published in various magazines.

slide 6

Zhulduz

The first children's book by Samuil Yakovlevich Marshak was called -

"Children in a Cage" and was released in 1923.

Slide 7

The poet wrote the first children's poems about the smallest and for the smallest. Demonstration of books for young children.

Slide 8

Nurzhamal

The heroes of many works of Samuil Yakovlevich Marshak are animals. Talking about them, the writer implies the actions of people and the relationship between them. In 1923, the "Tale of the Silly Mouse" appeared - this was another direction of search. It is difficult to determine the genre of this poem. Lullaby? Perhaps. The poet tells how the mouse was lulled to sleep, the general structure of the thing is lyrical; the four-foot trochee, which is often fervent and extremely dynamic in Marshak, here flows calmly and unhurriedly. But there is something in the thing that is unusual for "lulling" verses, some kind of shift in tone. Yes, and it is not called a lullaby, but a fairy tale. The shift is that, without losing lyricism, the poem is at the same time a little ironic, a little playful, a little sad and moralizing, like a fable.

Word given 2 "Z" class.

Dramatization of the fairy tale "Stupid Mouse"

Slide 9

Marshak wrote poems for children and about children. The poet spoke about loafer boys and a talking cat in the poem “The Cat and the Loafers”.

Nurzhamal

In his works, he taught children to enjoy the beauty of the poetic word. He showed that poems can tell entertaining and instructive stories.

And one more landscape cycle - "Colorful book".

It is written in a different key. These are captions for drawings, but peculiar: each page devoted to some color is a large poem, from three to ten stanzas. The poet gives pictures of summer, winter, sea, desert, night city. Poems do not lose, printed without illustrations, because these are, in essence, not signatures, but verbal pictures.

The word is given 2 "F" class "Colored Book"

Writer Valentin Berestov recalls: “Once I watched amateur filming. Marshak is waiting for someone on the bench. A few more shots, and two guys are already sitting next to him, another shot - there are five of them, and then they no longer fit on the bench, almost hanging on the shoulders of the poet. The children were very fond of communicating with Samuil Yakovlevich. Who knows, maybe that's how he sat on the bench and asked the children his riddles. Let's try to solve these riddles.

Quiz based on the works of S. Ya. Marshak.

Pupils of the 2nd "F" class come out.

He wanted the children to grow up smart, honest, kind, courageous and enlightened people. Marshak once explained to the children that he would like to give them a doll that speaks the words that a person needs most at that moment. For example: “Don't be sad. There will be a holiday on your street.” Or: “Don't be afraid! There are worse things." Or: “Do not be offended! Be smarter than your offender." But since such dolls do not exist, Marshak advised the children to say words to themselves that could console them, calm them down, cheer them up, make them kinder, braver, smarter and more patient. Marshak wrote “And to help those who do not come to mind the right words at the right moment, good books can ... ”And Samuil Marshak wrote such books all his life.

Before last day of his life Samuil Yakovlevich Marshak did not part with pen and paper. He died on June 4, 1964 and was buried at

Novo - Devichye cemetery in Moscow.

Marshak is not with us today, but you always feel him near. Not only books - the image of the poet remained with us. The pressure of his energy, the power of continuous, all-consuming labor, merciless exactingness to himself and perseverance, but kind to his comrades-in-arms, students - the highest measure and example for all who create our culture.

A classic of Soviet poetry for children, its ancestor and its leader for half a century - you can’t count how many paths he opened, how many talents he nurtured. A poet, an activist, a person is unique. But pick up, carry on

his feat is necessary by the common forces of all generations of writers who are building our literature for children.

Early childhood and early school years, the future writer lived in the county town of Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh province. Teplykh, who taught the poet to love classical literature and encouraged his first poetic experiments. In 1902 One of the first poetic notebooks of Marshak fell into the hands of the famous Russian art historian and critic V.V. Stasov, who took an active part in the fate of the young man. Thanks to the efforts of Stasov, Marshak was transferred to one of the best gymnasiums in the capital. Having moved to St. Petersburg, Samuil Yakovlevich began to visit houses where such famous people as I.E. Repin, M. Gorky, F.I. Chaliapin, A.K. Glazunov and others.

In 1904 S.Ya. Marshak's poems are published for the first time in the magazine. Acquaintance with M. Gorky also played a big role in the fate of the writer.

We, the youth of a remote town,

For a long time they read Gorky avidly,

Searched in every published magazine,

And we were intoxicated by every line.

Children's poems, fairy tale plays and performances for the Krasnodar theater, created by the author himself, Marshak began to write in the early 20s, becoming a children's writer. Dramatic plays - fairy tales "12 months", "Cat's house", "Smart things" are especially popular. S.Ya.Marshak died on July 4, 1964. in Moscow, having lived a long life, working until the end of his days. One of his last poems was:

The world will disappear at that very hour,

When I disappear

How he died for your eyes,

Departed friends.

There will be no sun and moon,

All flowers fade.

There won't even be silence

It won't even be dark...

No, the world will exist

And even if I'm not in it,

But I managed to embrace the whole world,

All millions of years.

I thought, I felt, I lived

And all that I could, comprehended,

And in this right he deserved

For your immortal moment.

Makarenko S.N.

Moderator: guys, today our meeting will be dedicated to talented person, whose name we already know in early childhood - S.Ya. Marshak.

S.Ya. Marshak was born in 1887 and spent his early childhood in the provincial wilderness near Voronezh. His father worked in a factory. He was a talented self-taught inventor. It was the father who instilled in his children the desire for knowledge, interest and respect for work.

The book was a beloved friend. S. Marshak recalled: “I started writing poetry from the age of 4. By the age of eleven I had already written some of the longest poems.

These first literary experiments were supported by the gymnasium teacher. Acquaintance with world poetry, the first attempts to translate the poems of foreign poets - all this was born under the influence of the teacher.

As a teenager, S. Marshak moved to St. Petersburg. And in 1912, the young poet, having saved up some money, left to study in England.

After returning home, S. Marshak published the first translations in Russian journals English poets. One of his first poems for children was an English folk song that children immediately fell in love with "The House That Jack Built". Let's remember this piece.

1 student: Here is the house,

that Jack built.

And this is wheat

that Jack built.

And this is a cheerful tit bird,

Which is stored in a dark closet

that Jack built.

Leading: guys, name the rest of the heroes of the poem. (A dog without a tail, a hornless cow, a strict cowshed, a shepherd, two roosters). Let's check if everyone is listed.

2 student: Here are two roosters,

who wake up that shepherd,

Who quarrels with a strict cowshed,

Who milks a hornless cow,

Kicked an old dog without a tail,

Who pats the cat by the collar,

Which scares and catches a tit,

Which often steals wheat,

Which is stored in a dark closet

that Jack built!

Host: S. Marshak wrote for small children who still cannot read, and for schoolchildren, for adults. Many children from an early age already know English songs. Let's remember the name of these songs.

Refreshed on an empty stomach.

Ate a calf early in the morning

Two sheep and a ram

Here are two pillars

blocking the road,

Standing with outstretched hand

By bending your leg?

Host: In 1922, S. Marshak became the center around which children's writers gathered, work was underway to create new books for children. First, a children's almanac is organized, then a magazine for children "New Robinson". In this magazine, under the leadership of S. Marshak, the first stories, poems and fairy tales are created. S. Marshak was the first editor and inspirer of B. Zhitkov, L. Panteleev, E. Charushin and V. Bianchi.

But S. Marshak himself continues to write. He creates a special kind of children's book - a book - a picture with poetic captions for drawings. Therefore, in his books for preschoolers, he always worked together with the artist. This is how such works as "Circus", "Luggage", "Colorful Book", etc. were created. Let's recall excerpts from the "Colorful Book".

1 student: This page is green,

So it's always summer.

If I could fit in here,

I would be on this page.

2 student: Here is the yellow page-

Desert country.

Sand flows over it

Rushing like a wave.

3 student: This is a snow page.

Here a fox walked over it,

Covering the trail with the tail.

4 student: This page is red.

Red sun, red summer.

Red Square flags rinse.

What in the world is better and more beautiful?

Unless our children are funny!

Host: S. Marshak is not only a poet, but also a storyteller. His tales were written not only for reading, but also for presentation. Everyone knows his fairy tales-plays "Teremok", "Cat's House", "Petrushka - a foreigner." The fairy tale "Twelve Months" was especially fond of readers. S. Marshak first retold this Czech fairy tale in prose. But then he remade it in his own way and wrote it in poetic form. In this tale, S. Marshak glorifies diligence, courage, and perseverance. All 12 months the stepdaughter knows by sight, because. she is constantly at work - in the field, in the forest, in the yard. And in difficult times, they come to her aid. Nature begins to make friends with a person who is not afraid of her. For such a person, all miracles, all the riches of nature and its abundance are revealed.

S. Marshak is multifaceted. Acquaintance with his work does not stop even when a person grows up. Adults are happy to read S. Marshak's poems from the book "The Beginning of the Century", W. Shakespeare's sonnets translated by S. Marshak, poems by R. Burns and other foreign authors.

Let's end today's meeting with S. Marshak's poem "Wishing Friends":

1 student: I wish you to bloom, grow,

Save, improve health.

It's for a long journey -

The main condition.

2 student: May every day and every hour

You will get a new one.

May your mind be good.

And the heart will be smart.

3 student: I sincerely wish you,

Friends, all the best.

All the best, friends

It doesn't come cheap to us!
