Warm up

In the warm-up, we perform all the plastic exercises to develop the entire articular system of the body, starting from the cervical vertebrae, slowly going down to the joints of the toes.

We leave the development of muscles to classes on working out the basic technique.

We are moving towards several goals at once. Firstly, we hone the technique, secondly, we load the necessary muscles and, thirdly, we save time during classes. In other words, we simultaneously perform three tasks.

So, in the warm-up part, as mentioned earlier, we included the health-improving part of the system of M. S. Norbekov. This is primarily articular gymnastics, as well as plastic gymnastics.

The second stage is the development of applied technology

At the second stage, mainly applied technique is studied - work on joints and pain points. The work is the most difficult in its technique because there is the closest contact with the opponent. It will be possible to study the technique thoroughly only in the presence of an experienced master. And most importantly: it is better to study movements in pairs. That is, you need a partner who knows how to work in pairs, fall, perform insurance to the extent that it should be. Without a partner, the study of the second stage is almost impossible.

In the second stage of training in the Sam Chung Do system, you must take into account one circumstance. We don't have power throws. We create only a condition, as a result of which the opponent himself falls or jumps from pain, obeying the laws of the Harmony of Nature.

During the study of the second stage, you will comprehend the principle of struggle. We have completely eliminated the concept of a throw. Throwing means using force, which may not be available to all those who practice according to our system. Strength cannot be equally significant in people with different physical characteristics.

We teach to win without using great strength. The principle of Sam Chong Do is to win with the mind, technique.

At the second stage of comprehension of the Sam Chong Do system, dynamic meditation will help you. You can perform it at your discretion.

The path of education of the body and spirit

This postulate includes the concentrated action of the muscles of the body and consciousness at the moment of attack or counterattack, striking or performing defensive blocks.

We all know that attacking or attacking someone is a serious stressful situation for an ordinary person.

Of great importance in martial arts is the so-called stuffing of the body. What does she give? With proper stuffing of the body (primarily arms and legs), the muscular system adapts to pain.

Muscles with constant impacts themselves involuntarily begin to shrink. They acquire the shock absorbency of hard rubber, reinforcing the muscular corset around the bones. Figuratively speaking, it looks like a police rubber baton with a steel rod inside.

All blood vessels from such a massage become strong and flexible, cleared of blockages. No matter how flexible a blood vessel is, it will still rupture if hit hard. But the uniqueness of training in our system lies in the fact that the blood vessel, with constant blows, spontaneously begins to hide from blows. This phenomenon is observed (do not be alarmed by the analogy) in professional drug addicts before inserting a needle into a vein. The body is protected from foreign influences.

So in our case, a trained organism puts up a defense against aggression. Thus, classes according to our system greatly reduce the degree of rupture of blood vessels (hematomas, simply bruises). But, of course, you can go through the muscle stuffing system only under the supervision of a master.

There is another common problem of our time - fragile bones, osteoporosis. Being engaged in any combat system, you can not get past the need to engage in strengthening the bones. This is all the more necessary if you have problems in this area.

The bone structure, like all living things, also has pores, a circulatory system, and energy. Bones become more and more fragile with age. This is due to the fact that calcium is gradually washed out of the bones.

Why is this happening? Yes, mainly because the bones stop working, and physical inactivity plays an important role in this. We must again fill our bone structure with energy. It is necessary to burn bone fat and make bones work as a full-fledged healthy organ.

We stand straight, knees slightly bent, arms extended forward, elbows slightly bent, fingers freely extended forward.

We mentally imagine how, while inhaling, a cool stream passes through the phalanges of the fingers, through the bones of the hand, along the forearm, humerus bones, and along the shoulder blades. It rises along the cervical region, passes along the back of the head. And, making a circle, on exhalation, a warm stream goes through the cervical region, spine, pelvis, thigh bones, lower leg bones and exits along the bones of the feet and toes.

Performing the second stage of the exercise, we do the opposite: we inhale through the toes, exhale through the fingers.

This technique has been known to Taoist masters for about 5,000 years.

Thus, in occupations and labors, a trained healthy body is brought up.

What is "education of the spirit"? For those pupils in whom the military spirit is deeply hidden, we try to extract it and give it the desired shape. For those who do not have to seek out the military spirit, we try to strengthen it.

The first thing we do is lead the student through a system of tests: these are ridicule and humiliation. Such a check can be more or less severe. But remember: this is a test, not an exercise in sadism. This test of determination to learn new things existed in all systems, always and everywhere.

Since ancient times, the path that precedes apprenticeship in military units was considered a serious test for a beginner. In the old days, such a test, initiation, was quite tough. Somewhere they suggested that a beginner spend a certain period in an unfamiliar place: in the mountains or in the forest, to get some rare item, etc.

Thus, they checked whether a novice was suitable for the military path, whether he could become a warrior, whether he was worthy of this honor. Otherwise, this path cannot be called martial art, and even more so the Way of the Warrior.

Only after passing the test, a new student can understand his desires and intentions. Only by overcoming difficulties, he will understand how much he himself wants to study, how much this or that method of teaching suits him.

In the humility of pride and overcoming difficulties, the Spirit of the Warrior is manifested and strengthened. From ancient times to the present day, there is such a custom in martial art schools: a student who has shown a desire to practice is planted in the middle of the master's or teacher's house for several days. And all the household members and students, passing by him, laugh at him, throw vegetable husks, etc.

Those who withstood these tests were accepted into the "family", which the school became for the newcomer. Since then, the student was obliged to be responsible for the honor of this school, and the school was responsible for its student. Only a person who has passed such tests can be entrusted with the secrets of the martial art system. This was the only way to teach the subtleties of style: knowing that the new student would not succumb to various provocations from enemies and enemies, he would complete the task assigned to him, no matter what it cost.

Mirzakarim Norbekov - a man who defeated an incurable disease

The basis of this book was the system, the principles of which were developed by M. Norbekov, therefore I consider my student, the most talented healer of our time, Mirzakarim Norbekov, the main author of this book.

Once Mirzakarim Norbekov was a terminally ill person. "Nonsense!" Anyone who knows him will say. Meanwhile, he had health problems, and very serious ones.

When Norbekov came to study at my school, he was very seriously ill. The doctors diagnosed him with kidney dysfunction. At the first stage of the development of this disease, the kidneys are destroyed. Next in line is the heart and liver. Next is non-existence.

Fate brought Norbekov to the system, which later became known as Sam Chong Do. He became my student. Six years of hard work were not in vain.

Classes according to the system have borne fruit: the state of health has improved significantly. But something was a hitch, something did not go well. There has been little progress in recovery. The reason for this has eluded me all along.

The incurable disease receded only when Norbekov realized that the key to recovery is training not only own body but a training of the spirit. Hearing what his mentor was trying to explain to him, Norbekov directed his efforts to right direction and ailments were conquered.

However, I understood the inevitability of his success more than 20 years ago when I saw a board studded with nails on which the future doctor of sciences tested his body and spirit.

The system is the natural talent of the healer plus time-tested principles

As soon as Norbekov understood the essence of study, realized that physical exercises, in addition to the development of the physical, are designed to temper his will and spirit, he, in his own words, seemed to see the light. It was as if he saw again the goal he was striving for, and the roads along which he went to the goal. Mastering the system gave Norbekov health and impetus to the development of his unique abilities, with the help of which he turned the basic principles of the Sam Chong Do system into a unique health system that today bears his name.

We suggest starting any exercise with a small breathing exercise. We call it Sam Chung Do breathing. It will enhance the healing effect of any of your activities and will be a good start to any set of breathing exercises. When working with Norbekov's breath, we also recommend starting with it.

Before starting the exercise, a few words about breathing. Proper breathing is the foundation of life human body. Without food, a person can live up to 60 days, without water - about 7 days. But without air, the average person will live for about 5-6 minutes.

Almost the cause of all respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma, tonsillitis, tonsillitis, etc.) is improper breathing. Any organ, if you deprive it of movement, begins to atrophy little by little. The respiratory system is the same: forced to work half-heartedly, it will give the first signs of trouble with the appearance of diseases.

  1. In our respiratory system, in the process of eliminating the above ailments, a cry is used as a mandatory attribute.
  2. In the process of breathing with a tense noisy exhalation, turning into a cry, a feeling of warmth immediately appears. This is a sign of a biochemical process occurring in the dynamics, in which heat is released. After the assimilation of oxygen by the body, part of the unused oxygen remains. And the latter, as you know, is the strongest oxidizing agent. Soto avoid unnecessary oxidative reactions excess oxygen must be removed. By performing breathing exercises that end with a cry, we do just that - we remove excess oxygen.

Scream and you, scream to be healthier. Scream and pay no attention to anyone. It does not matter to those who can say something about this. Health is yours, and healthy airways are your first priority.

So, we learn to breathe.

We are already sitting comfortably, and in the head - not a single thought. Only emptiness, ready to accept the New... Inhale - cold - through the nose. Exhale - warmly - through the mouth. Inhalation is about twice as long as exhalation. We breathe calmly, 6 seconds - inhale, pause - 2 seconds, exhale - 6 seconds. While inhaling, we mentally repeat “v-d-o-o-x”, while exhaling - “v-y-d-o-o-x”. Every breath brings coolness, each exhalation is warm. We count while breathing. We perform inhalations and exhalations at least 10-11 times. At the end of the breathing exercise - breath and a sharp exhalation with a cry, we make a cry for each count (3 times).

SCREAM IS CONNECTING THE MOST POWERFUL MENTAL LEVER

Scream is the connection of the most powerful mental levers to your emotional state. Do you remember what a baby does when it is born? Right! Screaming. Scream is the simplest and most accessible expression of the peak of your emotional state. Try to scream at the top of your lungs! More! More! Can't you feel that screaming is more than just sound!

And we continue our exercise on the elimination of emotion (I hope you have not forgotten it!). Focus on the emotion you want to get rid of. Visualize this emotion. Where is this emotion located? Is she within you? Maybe next to you: in front, behind, above, below?

Imagine the color of this emotion, the texture of the emotion, its volume. When the image of the emotion becomes clear (we spend no more than 12-15 seconds on detailing), start breathing deeper - with each inhalation-exhalation. Follow the image of emotion, pay attention to the slightest changes in the "picture".

You can imagine an emotion in the form of a furry animal, a person, or as a color spot or as a sound (or a combination of sounds), - the main thing is that the image is clear.

START MOVE YOUR EMOTION

When the image of emotion with the next inhalation-exhalation begins to fluctuate slightly in time with your breathing (even if it is barely noticeable), push the image away from you. Start gradually pushing the image of the emotion further and further away.

Breathe in this way, pushing away the emotion until it is at a sufficient distance from you. Don't stop breathing. And as soon as the image of the emotion is far enough away from you, begin to reduce the emotion in time with the breath. If you want to shout (even half-heartedly) while working with the image of emotion - shout!

Remember that screaming energetically feeds your energy work (which is exactly what you are doing now!)

GET A DRY RESIDUE OF EMOTION

After you have reduced the image of the emotion, remove from it all the details of the created image, and the color, and all the texture. Again, do this in the rhythm of your breath! And now you have received the “dry residue” of the edge of your emotion: far from you, small, colorless.

Breathe again in the Sam Choi Do system (shouting). And on the final exhalation-scream, discard the image of emotion as far away from yourself as possible. During the study of the second stage, you will comprehend the principle of struggle. We have completely eliminated the concept of a throw. Throwing means using force, which may not be available to all those who practice according to our system. Strength cannot be equally significant in people with different physical characteristics.

The path of education of the body and spirit
