We live in a world where everything is interconnected, and our future depends on how we act today. In this text, V.M. Peskov invites us to think about the problem of the relationship between man and nature.

Referring to the topic, the writer cites as an example the words of a scientist who has been studying space for a long time: "We must take care of our home - our native Earth." The author, analyzing the detrimental impact of man on the environment, focuses on the fact that we are part of the "complex pattern of life on our planet", we are at the head of the animal world and the natural world, we depend on them as well as they depend on us, and therefore it is foolish and reckless to exterminate rare species of animals, pollute and destroy the environment, hoping to “move” to another planet.

I fully agree with the opinion of the writer and also believe that the world needs our care, just as we need warmth, air, food and beauty - in general, everything that our planet gives us. We need to protect the Earth, because we will not have another one like it.

V.P. Astafiev in his work "King - fish" shows us that nature is alive and spiritualized, it is able to both reward a person for his care and punish him for impudence and pain. Main character works, he imagined himself to be the “king of nature” and considered that he could dispose of it as he wished.
