The State Educational Institution of Secondary Vocational Education Polytechnic College No. 39 was established in 2005 as a result of the merger of three previously existing educational institutions: the Moscow Polytechnic College, Vocational Lyceum No. 329 for mechanical engineering and radio engineering, and Vocational School No. 199.

The basis for such a merger was the Decree of the Government of Moscow of October 19, 2004 No. 724-PP "On the participation of executive authorities of the city of Moscow, trade unions and employers in the development of primary and secondary vocational education institutions, taking into account the needs of the city's economy in qualified workers" and the order Department of Education of the City of Moscow dated December 1, 2004 No. 798 “On the reorganization of the State Educational Institution of the Moscow Polytechnic College, the State Educational Institution of the Vocational Lyceum (Machine-Building and Radio Engineering) No. 329 and the State Educational Institution of the Vocational School No. 199”.

Back in 1928, on the banks of the Moskva River in an old building of the mid-19th century. By order of the Moscow Department of Public Education No. 437 dated September 28, 28, the Rogozhsko-Simonovsky evening technical school was opened. In July 1935 it was renamed the Moscow Welding College.

A prominent scientist P. L. Kapitsa played a major role in the development and formation of the technical school, who not only conducted classes himself, but also helped in the employment of graduates. In 1951, after merging with the Moscow Oxygen College, it was named the Moscow Engineering College. In 1992, it was transformed into the Moscow Engineering College.

In 1997, by decision of the general meeting of the labor collective and in accordance with the order of the Ministry of General and Vocational Education of the Russian Federation No. 2168 dated October 28, 1997, the college was renamed the Moscow Technological College. Its new name is more in line with the specifics of the educational institution and its development program.

Material base

The Moscow Technological College has 2 educational and production buildings with a total area of ​​11,193 sq. m, of which educational 4,710 sq. m. In total, the college has 20 classrooms and 23 laboratories, including several computer classes equipped with modern computers, there is a sports and gym, a summer sports ground.

1931. - The Moscow Confectionery Pasta College was founded.

1932. - the technical school was renamed into the confectionery technical school of Mosselprom.

1933. - The Moscow Fermentation College joined the technical school.

1934. - two fermentation groups of the Saransk technical school were transferred.

1935. - Two fruit and berry groups were transferred to the technical school from the Moscow Technical School of the Food Industry of the Industrial Cooperation of the MOPPS system, forming a wine department. The use of information technology in education and the expansion of the information space for participants in the educational process is one of the most important areas of work for any modern educational institution. To solve the problems of informatization in the college, educational systems are being transformed, the content of education, methods, organizational forms of education, teaching aids are being revised. New information, communication and computer technologies help to improve the teaching of both traditional, methodologically well-provided subjects and special training subjects.

Currently, the college has six computer classes, four of which are located in the first structural unit and two - in the second. The total number of computers used in teaching computer science and information technology is 79. The college also has a specialized computer class for training specialists in the installation, maintenance and repair of refrigeration compressors and installations, which includes 15 personal computers connected to special equipment .

The management process of the college uses 43 personal computers. All computer classes and administration computers have access to the global information network "Internet".

The college library has two Internet kiosks that provide students with free access to the Internet.

The Moscow State College of Technology and Law is a state educational institution of secondary vocational education in the city of Moscow. The technical school is subordinated to the Department of Education of the city of Moscow, which is its founder.

The history of the emergence of the Moscow State College of Technology and Law dates back to the middle of the last century. At that time, the state plan of the USSR included the creation of training centers for airship building. Umberto Nobile, one of the founders of the world's first airship manufacturing company, was invited to create and organize the work of the first Airship Building Training Complex.

The educational complex experienced a rebirth after the Second World War in 1950. Part of the Airship Building Educational Complex, on the basis of Order No. 619 / C, receives a new status Tushino Aviation Evening Technical School, having gone a long way in its development from an evening educational institution created on the basis of military-industrial complex plants to the modern Moscow State College of Technology and Law under the guidance of professionals such as Shcherbova Elvira Lavrovna, Nemchenko Tamara Petrovna, Marsov Nikolai Yurievich and Artemiev Igor Anatolyevich.

From 1955 to 1999, the Technical School was administered by the Ministry of Aviation Industry. In 1999, on the basis of Order No. 1016 of May 17, 1999 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Tushino Aviation College was transformed into the Moscow Evening Aviation College.

In 2000, the Moscow Evening Aviation College was renamed into the Moscow State College of Technology and Law on the basis of Order No. 1438 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

In 2005, in accordance with Decree No. 1665-R of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03.12.2004. and Decree No. 285-PP of the Government of Moscow dated 03.05.2005. The technical school was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Department of Education of the city of Moscow.

In 2011, the Moscow State Technical School of Technology and Law acquired the status of a budgetary educational institution (Order "On the renaming of state educational institutions of secondary vocational education" of the Government of Moscow of the Department of Education of the City of Moscow dated October 31, 2011).

  • ensuring social protection of children with a reduced level of literacy sent from other educational institutions, children from low-income and socially vulnerable families, adolescents, young people who have returned from the ranks of the Armed Forces, the formation of their ability to professional self-determination in market conditions, to master educational and professional means to achieve their own cultural goals;
