What is SVH road. The puzzle is being assembled: which sections of the North-East Chord are already open

It is planned to open traffic on two sections of the North-Eastern Expressway by the beginning of autumn. Within the next month, the initial section from the Businovskaya interchange to the Dmitrovskoye highway will go, and by the beginning of autumn it is also planned to launch traffic along the final section of the route - from the Entuziastov highway to the Moscow Ring Road.

Read about the stage of readiness of the sections of the North-Eastern Expressway and when they are supposed to be opened in the material of the Moscow 24 portal.

From Businovskaya interchange to Dmitrovskoye highway

Now the road between Dmitrovskoye Highway, Festivalnaya Street and Businovskaya interchange is almost ready, the builders are finishing the construction of a 200-meter section near the Khovrinsky pumping station.

“The Khovrinsky pumping station, which provided more than three and a half thousand consumers, fell into the construction zone. We built a new station, but we were able to disconnect all systems from the previous one only on May 15 of this year, and we began to build a two-hundred-meter section in a forced manner. We expect that we will finish in September. We will strive to open traffic for the City Day," Petr Aksenov, First Deputy Head of the Construction Department, told the Moscow 24 portal.

What is ready on the section from Dmitrovskoye Highway to Festivalnaya Street?

More than 11 kilometers of a four-lane road of the main course, seven overpasses, two of which are one and a half kilometers long and exits - from 300 to 500 meters long, were built on the site. They built a new overpass across the Oktyabrskaya railway and a bridge across the Likhoborka River.

“At the same time, the construction of the overpass across the railway went on without stopping the movement of trains,” said the first deputy head of Depstroy.

They also took care of protection from highway noise. “We have replaced 6,000 window blocks and will also build about 2 kilometers of noise barriers,” Aksyonov promised. Trees will be planted along the road, he said.

In October, a turning overpass will be built on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, connecting the North-Eastern chord with the North-Western one. "The flyover on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya is the first part of the connection of two chords. It makes it possible to turn around on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street and drive onto the North-Eastern chord without stopping at Dmitrovskoye Highway," Aksenov said.

From the highway of Enthusiasts to the interchange with the Moscow Ring Road "Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy"

In September, it is planned to open traffic along one more section of the North-Eastern Expressway: from the Entuziastov Highway to the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy interchange on the Moscow Ring Road. Here the stumbling block was the old traction substation of the Gorky direction of the Moscow railway. According to Petr Aksenov, the city government has agreed with the Moscow Railway to demolish the substation and build a new one.

"They turned off the traction substation and switched it to a new one, after which they began to complete the construction of the road. In in full traffic from the Enthusiasts highway to the Veshnyaki-Lyubertsy interchange with the Moscow Ring Road will open in early autumn," he promised.

From Open to Shchelkovo highway

By the end of the year, the city authorities plan to open traffic from Otkrytoye to Shchelkovo highway. Here, overpasses of the main passage and side passages were built. As well as the tunnel under the Shchelkovo highway, which is going to open in the coming months. According to Petr Aksenov, the construction of roads over eight kilometers long with the relocation of engineering communications goes full move.

"On the section of the first section, traffic is planned to be opened within the next month. The main work of the first stage of construction has been completed. It includes laying about 5.5 kilometers of roads, including the construction of three overpasses about 3.4 kilometers long," the official said.

He also noted that due to the commissioning of a new section, traffic flows between Shchelkovskoye and Otkrytoye Highways will be redistributed. This will reduce the traffic load on Bolshaya Cherkizovskaya, Stromynka, Krasnobogatyrskaya streets and Rusakovskaya embankment. In addition, the transport accessibility of the Golyanovo and Metrogorodok districts will increase.

From Dmitrovskoye Highway to Yaroslavskoye Highway

Next year, construction of a section of the North-Eastern Expressway from Dmitrovskoye to Yaroslavskoye Highway may begin.

"The planning project passed public hearings, finally received approval from the Moscow government, now designing is underway. The site is very complex, there is a bunch of large industrial enterprises and a huge number of engineering networks. We are doing everything possible to start construction next year," said the first deputy head Depstroy.

He stressed that the design of the site and the release of the territory will be carried out at the expense of budget money. "We are already starting to work: demolishing garages and interacting with industrial enterprises that fall into the construction zone," Aksyonov said.

At the same time, there is a proposal from investors to build a road from Dmitrovsky to Yaroslavl highway on a concession basis, but a final decision on this issue has not yet been made, he explained.

From Open to Yaroslavl Highway

The only section of the North-Eastern Expressway on which no work is being carried out yet is from Otkrytoye to Yaroslavskoye Highway.

"The problem is that, presumably, the road should go through national park"Elk Island", while there is no final decision on the tracing of the site. The Moscow Committee for Architecture is working on it, when the department completes the work, then we will start talking about the construction of the site," Petr Aksenov summed up.

This autumn, the North-Eastern and North-Western chords in Moscow will be connected by a turning overpass on Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street. Pyotr Aksenov, First Deputy Head of the Construction Department, told journalists about this when he visited one of the sections of the North-Eastern Expressway under construction.

As RG already wrote, the metropolitan chords can be compared with the Moscow Ring Road or the Third Transport Ring in terms of the scale of construction and the impact on city traffic. They will save Muscovites from tens of kilometers of reruns, which they are now forced to do in order to get to the neighboring area. Chords will allow you to cross the city through and through, without stopping at the historical center. Both highways will be free.

In particular, the SZH will run from Dmitrovsky to Skolkovskoye Highway, and the SZH - from toll road Moscow - St. Petersburg to the interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and the interchange Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy. After the highways are fully launched, the load on the outbound routes, according to the calculations of the NI and PI of the General Plan of Moscow, will decrease by 20-25 percent.

Separate sections of chords are already used by motorists, and some of their elements are still being completed. For example, the junction of Festivalnaya Street and Dmitrovskoye Highway. It is almost 11 km long, and half of this path goes along bridges and flyovers. Artificial structures were specially designed so that they went as far as possible from the houses and did not cause inconvenience to their inhabitants. Nevertheless, just in case, in the skyscrapers of the northeast, builders replaced 6,000 windows with silent ones. However, construction is already over. Visually, the overpasses are almost ready, there is still something left to finish on the engineering side.

We have indeed completed 90 percent of the work, Aksenov said. - But there was a slight delay. On one of the plots there is the Khovrinsky pumping station, where communications need to be shifted. In winter, this could not be done so that 3.5 thousand local residents, whose houses are powered by it, do not suffer.

Turning off the station, it turned out, is possible only on May 15. According to Aksenov, it is possible to launch the northern section of the chord by the City Day in September. This will complete the work for almost the entire length of the temporary storage warehouse. Construction is still ongoing on the section between Schelkovskoye and Otkrytoye Highways.

In the near future, in the southwest of the city, the North-Eastern passage will connect with the North-West. In the area of Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, it is planned to build several connecting overpasses at once. The first of them, a reversal, will be completed in October this year. It allows you to drive from one chord track to another without wasting time on a detour along the Dmitrov highway. Let me note that the Moscow authorities expect to complete both chords by 2020-2021.

Road construction in the Russian capital does not stop for a day. And, despite the fact that sometimes it seems that all the reserves for improving the transport situation are already close to exhaustion, the city authorities, designers and builders manage to find new solutions to make life easier for motorists and passengers public transport. The commissioning of the system of chord roads and rocades will additionally relieve the load on the center and the main ring roads of the city.

Initially, Moscow turned out to be a hostage to the radial-ring transport system. And at a time when motorization was relatively slow, this state of affairs suited everyone. However, the capital was not ready for a sharp increase in the city's population and the number of cars at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. Analysts came to this conclusion construction company"Monarch and B", which is part of the Monarch group of companies.

The actions taken then by the city authorities did not keep pace with the pace of its development - new and reconstructed streets instantly turned into places of traffic congestion.

It became clear that building more and more new rings is a solution that does not give a serious effect and improves the traffic situation only for a short period of time. But it was obviously impossible to abandon the existing radial-annular system. Under these conditions, the city authorities, together with the best engineering and design minds, had to figure out how to make sure that the city does not get stuck in giant traffic jams in the near future.

The main idea was the redistribution of flows. In order to get from one sleeping area to another, located at the opposite end of the city, there were two travel options: through the Moscow Ring Road and through the center. Alternative routes were either inconvenient or too time consuming. New routes were needed. This is how the project for the construction of a system of chords and rocades appeared.

NORTH EASTERN CHORD

This highway will pass The North-Eastern chord 35 kilometers long will run from the new highway M11 "Moscow - St. Petersburg" to the Kosinskaya flyover - an interchange at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with the Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy highway. The chord will connect the Moscow Ring Road, Entuziastov Highway, Izmailovskoye, Shchelkovskoye, Otkrytoye, Yaroslavskoye, Altufevskoye and Dmitrovskoye Highways. It will reduce the traffic load on the center, the Third Transport Ring, the Moscow Ring Road and outbound highways.

The other day, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened traffic on overpasses at the junction of the North-Eastern Expressway with Entuziastov Highway and Budyonny Avenue. In August, an overpass was opened at the intersection of the new highway and Shchelkovskoye Highway. The main work on the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway is planned to be completed in 2019, said the head of the city's construction complex Marat Khusnullin.

In addition to the section from Entuziastov Highway to Izmailovsky Highway, two more have already been built - from Businovskaya Interchange to Festivalnaya Street and from Izmailovsky Highway to Schelkovskoye Highway. Currently, work is underway on sections from the Entuziastov Highway to the Moscow Ring Road and from Festivalnaya Street to Dmitrovskoye Highway.

NORTHWESTERN CHORD

The task of this city highway is to provide a diagonal connection between the northeastern and southwestern districts of the capital, bypassing the city center, to relieve the Third Transport Ring, the Moscow Ring Road, the Garden Ring, Leningradskoye, Volokolamskoye highways and other highways. The new highway will run from Skolkovo to Yaroslavl highway.

The reconstructed Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, together with the Alabyano-Baltiysky Tunnel, formed the main part of the highway, which, in the area of Dmitrovskoye Highway, joined the North-Eastern Expressway and through the Businovskaya Interchange got access to a new highway in the direction of Sheremetyevo Airport.

Thanks to the Mikhalkovsky tunnel, it became possible to remove traffic light objects. Traffic has already been launched on the overpass at the intersection of Skolkovskoye highway with Vyazemskaya and Vitebskaya streets, along the turning overpass with Ryabinovaya and the bridge over the Setun River.

It is planned to complete all construction work on the North-Western Chord and launch the entire highway in 2018.

SOUTHERN ROKADA

The road will connect the Moscow Ring Road through Rublevskoye Highway, Balaklavsky Prospekt, Varshavskoye Highway, Kantemirovskaya Street, Kashirskoye Highway and Borisovskie Prudy Street. Rokada will become a backup for the Moscow Ring Road and the southern section of the Third Ring Road. Its task is to redistribute traffic flows and unload the Kashirskoye and Varshavskoye highways, as well as Proletarsky Prospekt. The new highway will include existing roads, which will be reconstructed and expanded.

According to the plans of the city authorities, the Southern Rokada will pass from Balaklavsky Prospekt through a tunnel under Varshavskoye Highway, then cross the railway tracks through the overpass, cross the Chertanovka River and connect with Kantemirovskaya Street near Proletarsky Prospekt. Further through the tunnel, drivers will be able to get to Borisovskie Prudy Street in the direction of Maryino. Next, the road will go along Verkhniye Polya Street, from where the transport will head towards the Moscow Ring Road through Kapotnya.

To date, the section from Rublevsky Highway to Balaklavsky Prospekt has already been put into operation. Overpasses and pedestrian crossings were built here. The plans of the city authorities include the construction of a junction at the intersection of Varshavskoye Highway and Balaklavsky Prospekt. A tunnel, overpass, U-turn ramps and side driveways will appear in this place. In addition, an overpass will be built under the paths of the Paveletsky direction, a bridge across the Chertanovka River and an underground pedestrian crossing. And the section from the intersection with Proletarsky Prospekt to the Moscow Ring Road will be formed at the expense of existing streets.

Total length of chord roads will be about 243 kilometers. Over a hundred transport structures will be erected on them - tunnels, flyovers, bridges and overpasses. The launch of traffic on new high-speed routes will make it possible to actually create a new ring, but with exits to the Moscow Ring Road, which will unload the last and the Third Ring Road. The plans are to connect the North-Western and North-Eastern chords in the area of Festivalnaya Street with access to the road to the Businovskaya interchange and further to the Moscow-St. Petersburg toll highway. The Southern Rocade will intersect with the North-Western Chord in the Krylatskoye area.

The North-Eastern Chord is a first-class city main street under construction with a continuous traffic regime. It will run from Businovskaya interchange along Zelenogradskaya street. It will cross the 4th Likhachevsky lane and further to the transport interchange with the Northern Rokada. After that, the highway, crossing the paths of the Oktyabrskaya Railway, will turn east and go along the Small Ring of the Moscow Railway to the Ryazan direction of the Moscow Railway. Further along the railway tracks to the interchange of the Moscow Ring Road with a built section of the new toll federal highway "Moscow - Noginsk - Kazan", which, within the boundaries of Moscow, will be a main street of citywide significance of the first class. Kosinskoye highway will become part of the new federal road.

The northeastern chord will connect major highways in the northeastern part of Moscow: Izmailovskoye, Shchelkovskoye, Dmitrovskoye, Altufevskoye and Otkrytoye highways.

The Northern Rocade is a first-class main street of citywide significance under construction with a continuous traffic regime. The Rokada has a joint section with the North-Eastern Chord, 4 lanes wide for both directions - from the Businovskaya interchange to the actual interchange with the temporary storage warehouse at the intersection of the connecting railway branch No. 2 of Likhobory station - Khovrino station. Further, the highway, still passing from the western side of the OZD, will have 3 traffic lanes in each direction. After the interchange with the temporary storage warehouse, an exit to Likhoborskaya embankment will be built. Then, crossing the Cherepanovyh passage, the street will continue until the traffic interchange with the North-Western Chord at the intersection with Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street. After that, it will enter Dmitrovskoye Highway using the existing interchange of the highway with Valaamskaya Street. The exit will have 2 lanes in each direction.

A dividing strip and retaining walls will be provided for on the section of the Northern Rokada from Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street to Dmitrovskoye Highway, taking into account the prospective extension of the highway to Academician Korolev Street.

According to the project, the North-Eastern Chord consists of the following sections (from east to north):
A section of the Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy highway in the Kozhukhovo microdistrict (Kosinskoe highway).
Section of the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road with the highway Veshnyaki - Lyubertsy (Kosinskaya overpass).
The section from the Moscow Ring Road along Krasny Kazanets Street to the Veshnyakovsky overpass.
The section from the Veshnyakovsky overpass to the former Fourth Transport Ring along the alley of the First Mayovka and st. Anosov.
Section of the former 4th transport ring to the Oktyabrskaya railway line.
Zelenogradskaya street to the Businovskaya interchange of the Moscow Ring Road.

I recently published a report on construction. Finally got around to looking at what is happening in his native area. Today is a detailed story about the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway (SVKh) - a new highway that will connect the three districts of the capital: north, east and southeast.

01. This is how this place looked in 2016. Due to the construction of a tunnel under the Shchelkovskoye Highway, a large traffic jam for several kilometers formed in the morning.

02. Construction for a while, metro tunnel forever. The work is completed, there are no more traffic jams in this place. Now everyone is standing at the intersection with Khalturinskaya Street.

04. Exit from the temporary storage warehouse to Shchelkovskoe highway towards the Moscow Ring Road.

05. From top to bottom in the photo is Shchelkovo highway, from left to right - temporary storage warehouse. To the left - the metro station "Partizanskaya", to the right - "Cherkizovskaya".

06. 2016 Narrowing due to the construction of overpasses and a tunnel.

07. 2018 From the Shchelkovo highway, exits to the temporary storage warehouse are open in both directions, to the south and to the north.

08. View towards Podbelka. On the left in the photo is the Moscow Central Circle station "Lokomotiv".

10. Further, the chord is folded into a compact version. Most likely this is due to the difficulty of freeing land for construction, as well as due to the passage of the Losiny Ostrov park. If you look closely at the photo, you can clearly see the temporal organization of the movement, which is transferred to one side.

11. Same place on the other side.

12. The compact version of the route looks like this: traffic from the north will be organized along the overpass, which is not yet open, and traffic from the south will pass under the overpass. Thus, the route will take up almost half the area.

13. While traffic is open to the Mytishchi overpass (to the Open Highway). Next comes construction. Here you can clearly see two tracks located one under the other.

14. Open highway, view towards Metrogorodok. Oh, Metrogorodok, my homeland)

15. Construction of a chord towards the Yaroslavl highway. Everything is in full swing right now. The MCC station "Rokossovsky Boulevard" is visible on the right.

16. Future branches. On the left - the industrial zone of the Metrogorodok.

18. Closer to Losinoostrovskaya street. Here, communications are being laid. As far as I know, the design and approval of the chord project is still underway for the section to the Yaroslavl highway.

19. Let's look at the chord from the other side. View towards "Partizanskaya". Everything has been open here for a long time, the only thing missing is a park and ride at the MCC station.

20. Intersection of the chord with the Entuziastov Highway. Here, almost all overpasses are already open, except for the direct passage to the south along the chord and the exit from the Enthusiasts Highway.

21. Set up!

22. View from the highway of Enthusiasts to the south. On the right you can see the interchange with Budyonny Avenue.

23. In this place, on all diagrams, a "knot" is tied on the chord. The main course will go further south parallel to the MCC, and the chord itself will sharply go southeast to Vykhino.

24. At first glance, you can’t figure it out without a hundred grams. But everything is simple. On the left comes the chord from Vykhino. If you move straight along it, you will get to Budyonny Avenue (leaves to the right in the frame), if you turn right, you will get to the continuation of the chord that goes to the north (at the bottom of the frame). From above, the MCC station "Andronovka" and grounded for the future construction of the highway at the top of the frame.

27. Unique time while the road is not open yet. You can freely walk along the track on foot.

29. View of the same interchange from Perovo.

30. Large freight station "Perovo".

33. View towards the park "Kuskovo". In this section, the chord is almost ready.

35. View towards Vykhino. The first overpass is the streets of Papernik and Yunosti, the second, in the distance, is the Moscow Ring Road.

36. It turns out that in the near future we are waiting for the opening of the chord from the Moscow Ring Road to the Open Highway. For me personally, a person living in Izmailovo, this will be a long-awaited event.
