Target: creating conditions for familiarization with the letter and sound Y.

Tasks:

Introduce the letter and sound Y;

Continue learning how to parse words using sounds; name sounds, give them characteristics;

Strengthen the ability to select words for a given sound

Material: presentation, pictures, chips, letters.

Progress of the lesson

1. Motivation.

My bell is ringing and ringing.

All the guys gather around.

The bell sings ding, ding, ding.

He calls your guest: “Ding-ding-ding.”

And who came to us? Guess for yourself.

Song from the movie "The Adventures of Pinocchio"

2. Surprise moment.

Toy – Pinocchio.

Pinocchio decided to go to school after all, but it was very difficult for him. He doesn't know a lot, and he decided to turn to you guys. Will you help him? There are several tasks to complete. Pinocchio is a joker, and he hid them in the group and left you a map.

Map

The children look at her.

What number is the first task?

3. Game task “Name the sounds.”

Children find an envelope with the number 1. It contains blue and green chips.

What do you think it is? What does the blue chip mean? What vowel letters can come after a hard consonant? (a, y, s, oh, uh)

What vowel letters can come after a soft consonant? (i, e, e, i)

Game "What has changed?"

The teacher swaps the letters, and the children must find the mistakes.

Children look for all the following tasks in envelopes themselves.

4. Introducing the letter Y (slide 2).

The riddle about the spinning top.

I'm spinning, I'm spinning,

And I'm not lazy

Spin around even all day long. (spinster)

The teacher invites the children to listen and say what the 1st sound in the word is - yula (th). Reminds that the sound (th) is always a soft consonant. How will we designate it? Next, the sound (u) is highlighted intonationally, the children name the sound and, together with the teacher, designate it with a red chip. Then the teacher pronounces the sounds (yu) several times, explains that if these sounds come one after another, they are designated by the letter yu and replaces the sound chips (yu) with the letter yu.

The analysis of the word is continued by a child called to the board. Questions: How many sounds are in the word yula? What vowel sounds are in the word? What is the soft consonant sound? What is a hard consonant?

So that O doesn't roll away,

I'll nail it firmly to the post.

Oh look what happened:

It turned out...the letter Y.

5. Game “Name the name that begins with the sound Y” (slide 3, 4).

Us-Us-Us There is a goose in the meadow (individually)

zu-zu-zu We wash Katya in the basin (in unison)

2) Pronunciation of tongue twister:

Six little mice rustle in a hut.

Goal setting (establishing a connection between the content of educational material - repetition of the letter “U” and completing tasks).

Guys! A letter came to our group (showing the letter). Look how beautiful it is! What time of year is shown on the envelope? I don’t know who this letter is from. But I know who it is addressed to. Who can read it? (cheerful preschool children). Who sent him? The letters on the envelope fell apart. Help me collect them, what is written on the envelope? (Yura).

Let's open the envelope and find out what Yura is writing to us?

Dear Guys! Cheerful preschoolers! I am already in first grade and I found out that you will also go to first grade in the fall. I have prepared tasks for you and I want to see if you are ready to complete them. I wish you success and good luck.

So, what is the first task Yura has prepared for us?

The letter Yu was spinning,

So that Julia doesn’t feel sad.

Yulenka took the spinning top,

It spun in an instant.

What is this? (Patter). Why? (It is pronounced very quickly). Tell me, which letter is found here more often than others? (letter Y). So, we will continue to talk about which letter? (about the letter Y). Let's remember the quatrain about the letter "yu".

So that O doesn't roll away

I'll nail it firmly to the post

Oh look, what happened?

The result is the letter... Y

Let's write it in the air. (The letter “Y” is posted on the board).

In the last lesson, we got acquainted with the letter Y and we know that it is not simple. So why is this letter not easy?

The letter Y is a vowel;

The letter Yu means the sound [U];

It shows that the consonant before it is soft. For example, an iron.

Now we are going to play the game “Say My Name Kindly.” (work in groups) Appendix 2.

Let's, guys, mark each task with an asterisk. For the first task you have already received a star.

Planning and self-control (collective and individual work - establishes a sequence of actions to solve an educational task, carries out step-by-step control of the implementation of actions).

The second task is very difficult, we will complete it together. Let's see that the letter "U" is not only a difficult letter, but also a very tricky one. Guys, pronounce the boy's name Yura by sound. [Y], [U], [P], [A]. How many sounds do you hear? (4).

Now we will perform a sound-letter analysis of the word

Count how many sounds are in this word?

Which one is the first? What is he like? (Consonant or vowel, soft or hard).

What's the second one? [U] – vowel.

Third? (consonant, firm).

What's the last sound?

Children, write the name Yura on the magnetic board.

How many letters are in the name (3).

How many sounds? (4).

Where is the letter Y? (at the beginning of the word).

It is a special, cunning letter. Why? Because it stands at the beginning of the word and means (How many sounds?) two sounds: [Y], [U].

You have completed the second task and receive a second star.

Control and self-control (guessing riddles and finding the position of the sound [y]). Working on an interactive whiteboard.

Are you ready to complete Yura's third task? I want to invite you to solve riddles.

I'm red, I'm sour

I grew up in a swamp.

Ripened under the snow,

Come on, who knows me? (Cranberry)

Who ate this berry? Where does it grow?

On a piece of paper, mark the position of the sound, and exchange the pieces of paper with each other, check. The teacher posts the correct answer on the board. Children check. They are assessed according to the traffic light system.

Spinning on one leg

Master ballerina,

Got everyone in motion

Multi-colored... (Yula)

Sometimes they take it out of me

Rivers have their source

And in your hands I will open

I am any castle. (Key)

In which word does the letter “U” represent two sounds? (Yula) Why?

You have completed the third task and receive another star.

Fizminutka:

If we get very tired

Let's do exercises.

We really like everything

Do it in order.

Walking merrily (one, 2,3,4,5)

Raise your hands

Put your hands down

Squat, stand up

And walk again (times, 2,3,4,5).

Self-regulation (ability to concentrate to overcome intellectual difficulties).

And now Yura wants to see how you read syllables and words.

liu mu ryu nu kyu shu

yul yum yun yuk yus

spinning skirt beak

people plus suit

Another star for you, well done!

And the last is the most difficult task.

Game "Typesetter".

How many of you know what the word still life means? (Still life is an image of inanimate objects in art: vase, flowers, fruit) Comedian? (Comedian is a woman who notices funny stories in life and tells them cheerfully).

Children are divided into two teams, each of which gets its own word.

The first team is still life. The second team is a comedian.

Make several small words from one long word. (For example, Nora, Yura, cake, mouth, etc.)

Well done! The fifth star is yours!

Result:

Children, I want to ask my question again, why is the letter “U” a tricky, difficult letter? (If it is at the beginning of a word, then it contains two sounds at once. Which ones?) What else do you know about the letter “U”? (The letter Y is a vowel, it shows that the consonant before it is soft.)

Grade

What tasks did you like the most? What else did we do in class? Did you have any difficulties completing assignments? Let's try ourselves, with the help of the sun, to evaluate our work in class, choose a sun for yourself:

Cheerful sunshine - you are satisfied with your work, you coped with tasks easily and simply.

Sunshine with clouds - you had some small errors in your answers, but you corrected them.

(Children choose their own sun).

I thank everyone for the lesson. Well done! Goodbye.

In this lesson you will learn about the letter Yu and the sounds it stands for, learn the functions of the letter Yu in words, learn to write the capital and small letters Yu, and complete interesting tasks.

This lesson starts with talking about the letter, and not about the sound, as usual, because in Russian there is only six vowel sounds which you already know well. And here "vowel" letters - ten.

If you say the letter out loud YU, then you can hear that it consists of two sounds - [yu]. The first sound is very short - [th]- this is a consonant, voiced, always soft sound. [y]- the second sound, it is a vowel. So the sounds [yy] written with a letter YU.

Today in class we will be helped Yura And Julia(Fig. 2).

Rice. 2. Julia and Yura ()

Before they show you the first letters of their names, they want to see if you can say the first sounds of their names in words.

Complete the task. Pronounce words from pictures and choose the one where the sounds we need are found [yy].

This - bindweed (Fig. 3).

Rice. 4. Nasturtium ()

And this is - nasturtium (Fig. 4).

Sound [yy] heard in the word "bindweed".

This - jacket (Fig. 5).

And this is - skirt (Fig. 6).

Sound [yy] heard in the word "skirt".

This - chum (Fig. 7).

And this is - yurt (Fig. 8).

Sound [yy] heard in the word "yurt".

So you heard those sounds [yy] can be pronounced at the beginning of words and in their middle.

Let's find out how these sounds are heard after vowels. Listen to the lullaby (Fig. 9) and count how many sounds [yy] you will hear.

Hush, Little Baby, Do not Say a Word,
Don't lie on the edge:
The little gray top will come
And he will drag you behind the barrel.

Rice. 9. Lullaby ()

There are four sounds clearly heard in this lullaby. [yy].

Yura and Yulia decided to play a game called "Let's talk to the letter Y".

Yura will ask questions, and Yulia will answer. And you help by looking at the pictures.
What's your favorite toy?

YU la (Fig. 10)

What planet do you know?

YU Peter (Fig. 11)

Who do you want to become?

What plant do you like?

They differ only in size.

To ABOUT didn't roll away

I'll nail it firmly to the post.

Oh look what happened:

The result is...a letter YU (Fig. 16) .

Rice. 16. Letter YU()

Read the rhymes and find out what the letter looks like YU.

In the arena the tamer -

Lord of the formidable tigers.

He's like a letter YU, with ring

I boldly faced the tigers(Fig. 17) .

Rice. 17. Tiger Tamer

The whole letter is bent YU,

He holds his wand.

This is what it looks like -

An old woman with a stick.

If you haven't eaten the bagel,

If he's still with you,

That's one good thing

It will come in handy now.

Let's play with him a little.

On the side is a fork,

Nearby is a spoon.

Write it down in your notebook -

This letter is a letter YU.

And also at the letter YU there is a similarity with the number 10 (Fig. 18).

Letter YU Help everyone on their hike:

On the way, in an unknown land,

For us, a compass is the best arc.

One capital letter YU

South is marked on it(Fig. 19) .

To remember the letter better, fashion it out of plasticine or lay it out of any materials. Draw a funny picture from a letter YU and make an exhibition of drawings.

Writer Viktor Khmelnitsky advises taking a closer look at the letter YU:

Take a closer look at the letter YU and you will probably notice that it consists of two letters: N And ABOUT.

True, it’s a letter for mom ABOUT - YU more similar, but dad is also a letter N- can easily find his features and dashes(Fig. 20) !

Rice. 20. Letters N And ABOUT ()

Read:

YU-riy

YU-li-i

Read the syllables with I :

"Who? - asked the letter I, -

Are you ready to replace me?

The letter answered YU:

“If necessary, I’ll replace it!”

Read the syllables with Yu:

Have you noticed that consonants before vowels I And YU read softly. This means that the letter has a second job YU same as the letter I, - show softness of consonants, after which they are written. In such cases, vowels I And YU denote not two sounds, but one. Read:

N ora

L una

L ampa

G R bonds

N Yura

L love

L hole

T R yuk

In these words, hard consonants are highlighted in green, and soft consonants are highlighted in blue.

Examine the written letters YU and compare them with printed ones (Fig. 21).

Rice. 21. Written and printed letters Yuyu ()

Let's learn to write a capital letter YU. It has two elements. It resembles written letters N And ABOUT(Fig. 22).

Rice. 22. Capitalization YU ()

Let's start writing a letter YU, like a letter N, from the middle of the additional line. We write a small smooth line, deviating slightly to the right. Then we lower the straight inclined line, not reaching the bottom line of the working line, make a rounding to the left, touching it. We draw a smooth line upward, deviating to the right, crossing the top line of the working line. We stop. We begin to write an oval without interruption. We draw the semi-oval line down, turn to the right, touching the bottom line of the working line. Raise the line up, round the line to the left at the level of the first element. Lower it down and close the oval.

YU:

  • the letter is very wide, the oval looks like a circle.

Try writing the letter in your notebook yourself. Remember to position your notebook correctly. Hold the pen correctly with three fingers. Keep your back straight and don't lean too far over your notebook.

Let's write a small letter Yu. It has three elements. She looks like small letters n And O(Fig. 23).

Rice. 23. Writing a small letter Yu ()

We begin to write the letter on the top line of the working line. From top to bottom to the bottom line of the working line we write an inclined straight line. We return along a straight line up to its middle, make a small loop or turn with a point and draw a smooth line to the right (like a sagging rope). We begin to write an oval. We draw a semi-oval line to the right to the bottom line of the working line, touching it, raise the line up. We round to the left, touching the top line of the working line. Lower it down and close the oval.

Try writing this letter in the air. Write it with the back of the pen on your palm.

Consider possible letter spelling errors Yu:

  • the letter is very wide.

Try writing the letter in your notebook yourself.

We will connect capital and small letters using an additional stick, which must be written in the required size, depending on the connection (lower or upper). Small letter Yu the upper connection can be written as a curved line at the top. Try to write the connecting letters yourself YU And Yu with other letters.

Today in class you learned about the vowel letter YU, which is in the penultimate place in the alphabet, 32. There are very few words in our language that begin with this letter. The main job of this letter is to indicate the softness of the consonants that are written before it. You already know the three vowel letters that show the softness of the consonants. This - AND, I And YU. Remember their work.

Homework

1. Practice writing the letter YU. Write your own printed and written letters Yuyu(big and small).

2. Find words in which the letter YU denotes the softness of a consonant.

D Yu on the, Yu la, Yu mor, r Yu shi, Yu burden, t Yu l, Yu mouth, t Yu lpan.

3. Help the cabin boy find flags with correctly written letters YU.
